CyberWolf is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator. In this position, you will be working with a collection of highly talented and technically astute professionals in a company that has emerged as a leader in the publishing software industry. You will work closely with the IT staff in areas of network administration and planning. You will be tasked with keeping mission critical systems running smoothly. Keeping staff work stations up and running and in tip-top shape will be your responsibility. As an invaluable member of a team, you will bring creative technological solutions to complex business problems.
In order to be successful in this position, you will need the ability to function effectively in a group, as well as work independently on projects. Every day will bring to the forefront the challenges and demands of a dynamic software development environment and an application-hosting environment. As you will be working with both internal and external clients, the ability to approach technical issues and problems with a customer service orientation as an interactive style is essential. Another key requirement is the ability to scrutinize the details of a problem, request or situation without loosing sight of the big picture goals. Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills, including written
- Superior customer support and service skills
- Diagnostic and problem solving abilities
- 2-3 years of Microsoft Network experience including:
- Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- MS Exchange Administration
- IIS Administration (http and ftp servers)
- Active Directory, DNS and Group Policy
- VB/batch file scripting
- Log File Management
- Desktop software support
- Admin Scripting
- Security Patch Management
- Backup and Recovery Systems
- Internet expertise, including:
- Network, OS, and File System Security
- HTTP-SSL-DNS-FTP-SMTP-TCP/IP-ICMP
- Firewall and routing equipment
- Virtual Private Networks
Additional Valued Skills and Experience
- MCSE, MCSA or Network+ Certifications
- Experience in a web hosting or software development environment
- SQL DB admin experience
- Exposure to .net/asp or Cold Fusion scripting
- Apple Macintosh
- Creative approach and interest in problem solving

Hiring Note: This position is located in Santa Fe. However, if you live in the Albuquerque metro area and meet the job profile, CyberWolf may be willing to consider the possibility of some flexible work time from home for the right candidate. This would be considered after the initial on-site orientation period has been successfully completed.
