Implementation Program

Implementing a new software system is a critical project in any company. Our Implementation Program has been honed and improved over many years and from experience with many companies. As a result, the transition to ACUMEN has never been smoother for our new clients.

Implementation Program Summary

  • Extended Free Support. Included with the ACUMEN Core System is an Implementation Period of 3-5 months, depending on the size of the system purchased. We provide a detailed, step-by-step, instructional program to help your company make the transition to the new software. Please contact us for more detailed information on this important process.

  • Implementation Structure. We have developed a highly structured two-phase implementation plan. An Implementation Specialist is your primary Support contact and guides your company through a successful process. Implementation involves constructing the backbone of the new system, as well as defining solutions for your company's specific operations. For example, if you have been using 3 different systems to run your company prior to ACUMEN, the impact of one integrated system on your current business practices is discussed. The Implementation Specialist will help you choose the best options for your organization.

  • Data Verifications and Checkpoints. We've increased the number of audits your Implementation Specialist conducts during the process in order to provide higher levels of quality assurance.

  • Implementation Workbook. This detailed and step-by-step handbook dramatically improves the implementation process for new clients. Recently we've incorporated new training tools and resources to make it even more effective for the our clients.

  • Training. User training is included in the Implementation Period. Trainings are online and one-on-one with a live instructor; secure web-based screen sharing allows your staff to learn at their own workstations.

  • Start Dates. Phase 1 of the Implementation Period always begins on the date mutually agreed upon by the client and CyberWolf. This may or may not be tied to the date of purchase.
