provides you with an extensive, fully integrated inventory system
that enables you to effectively manage your inventory.

- Inventory can be stocked at an unlimited number of warehouses.
- Inventory is maintained for both good and damaged products.
- Current status for on-hand, committed, available, back ordered,
and damaged products at each warehouse is available on-line or
in printed report.

- Historical inventory valuations are maintained for each warehouse
and in total.
- Inventory Transfer Requests can be generated on demand, making
the transfer of goods between warehouses easy.

- Integrated Physical Inventory function simplifies and improves

- Products can be designated as assemblies, which means that they
are made up of other products.

Reports: The following pre-formatted reports and documents
come with ACUMEN. An * following the name of the report signifies
that it was created using Quick Report and is part of the Quick Report
library. |
- Committed Inventory Detail: This
report shows you what product has been ordered on invoices that
have not yet posted.
- Cost of Goods Sold: This is a breakdown
by product of sales and costs for any user-defined period.
- Inv Activity Good Detail*: This
is a breakdown by product of sales and costs for any user-defined
period.
- Inv Activity Value*: A report of
inventory quantity and value based on any user-selected records
in the Inv Activity file, for any time period.
- Inv Trans Cost of Sales*: A detailed
report of cost of goods based on selected invoice and credit line
items (in the Inv Transaction file).
- Inventory Status: This report contains
running inventory information for every product at every warehouse,
sorted by product.
- Inventory Value: A valuation of
inventory for any user-defined date at any warehouse or all warehouses.
- Inventory Verification: A report
that compares the inventory subsidiary ledger with the general
ledger, and accounts for inventory received for jobs that are
still open, and inventory received from vendors that have not
been paid for or whose corresponding invoice has not been recorded
as a voucher.
- On Order: This report shows the
current inventory status by product, including Standing Orders.
- Physical Inventory: A report that
prints one or more user-selected physical inventories.
- Product Assembly Report: This report
prints component information for assembly products.
- Product Sales History: A product
sales report in table and graph format.
- Product Statistics Report*: A summary
listing of sales statistics for user-selected products.
- Purchase/Transfer Advice: A report
containing products whose inventory levels have fallen below minimum
at one or more warehouses, and a list of inventory of those products
at all warehouses.
- Standing Order Detail: This report
lists all open Manual Standing Orders by ISBN and customer.
- Standing Order Projection: This
report shows you a twelve-month projection of sales for all Manual
Standing Orders.
- Stock Location: A report listing
products and their location at each warehouse.
- Warehouse*: A report listing warehouse
information.
