From page one of the Product
Input Form, you can create, view and modify inventory product records.
The Inventory Status area shows you the inventory status of the product
at each warehouse. You can double-click the author's name in the Royalties
area to access an author's Royalty record for the product you are
viewing.
You can click the Graph button to access the
product's sales history by year. On this page you can:
change the graph type by clicking one of the Graph buttons in
the button panel.
print out a much more detailed version of the table and graph,
the Product History Report, using the Print button.
access a similar History screen, listing sales by month for
a given year, by double-clicking a year.
The Graph Criteria pop-up menu above the button
panel enables you to change the graph criteria. The default is set
to Sales & Returns, but there are six other graphing options available.
The format of the information displayed in the graph area is the format
that will appear in the graph section of the Product History Report.
On the Related tab of the Product Input Form
you can view inventory status, inventory activity Jobs or royalties.
