You can create,
view, and modify a check from the Check Input Form.
Choose the Bank Balances command from the AP/Check
menu to quickly view a list of your accounts and their balances.
You allocate money received to open invoices
in the Receipt Input Form. The scrollable list of all open invoices
sorted by date makes multiple allocations easy. If you choose the
Cash radio button you can allocate money to a GL account other than
Accounts Receivable.
