Displaying and Modifying Records

After you find the records you need, ACUMEN displays them in a window called a record list . From a record list you can choose all or part of the records found to generate hard copy such as reports, graphs, labels, merge letters, checks, statements, and so on.



You can double-click any record displayed in an output layout to view that record in more detail and modify it if necessary. The window that shows detailed information about one record is called an input form.
