Sales Export Features
Sales Export enables you to create
customized sales history report files that can be opened in a spreadsheet
program. |

- Each export can contain up to 120 report periods, with up to
10 columns of data for each period.
- Exports can contain subtotals and grand totals.
- All exports are available for any historical period at any time.
Because the data is maintained for as long as you wish, you can
even report information from closed years.
- You can run exports on historic sales information that you've
imported into ACUMEN from another system.
- Sales Exports can be saved in Export Batches, making it easier
to export groups of reports later.
- Sales Exports are run in a separate process so you can continue
to work while you export.

| From the General Page of
the Sales Export form you can select the data view in the Report Types,
and optionally imbed searches that will determine the information
that will appear in the export. For example, this export will provide
a detailed analysis of product sales for the "Deep Space" series for
all outlets in Santa Fe. |

| From the Columns & Rows
page of the Sales Export form you create period and data columns,
set your sort order, and choose totaling options. This example would
create an export with three data columns for each of the three report
periods (Sales Sections). |
