Use Quick Label to print labels for any group of customers you select.



Tags are a very powerful feature of ACUMEN. They enable you to assign multiple keywords to any Customer, Prospect, or PR Contact. For example, you could create a Tag called Brochure Requests, and apply it to any Company who requests a brochure. When the Brochure was ready to be mailed, you could Search By Tags to find all the Companies who requested it, and print mailing labels for them.



You can search for Duplicate records in the Customer file.



Events can be associated with one or more company records. You can create new events to record meeting notes and followups or to create merge letters for mailing campaigns. You can create and load letter templates and standard headings. An Event History is kept in each company record and the Event file lists every event you've created in the system.



The 4D Write word processing area can be expanded to a full page view by clicking on the zoom box in the upper right hand corner. 4D Write is a full-featured word processor completely integrated into ACUMEN. By selecting the Show Values command, you can show the values for the standard heading.
