Search by Sales Screenshots

From the Search By Sales dialog, you can choose the type of sales search you want to perform. Add to Selection combines the results of multiple searches into one customer selection.



Most of the Search By Sales options bring up the ACUMEN Search Editor allowing you to perform the search. For example, you could use the Customer Statistics search to find all customers who made a purchase within the last six months, and who have spent more than $25 on products from your company.



The RFM search finds your top customers based on Recency, Frequency and Monetary Value.
