eMail List Management Optional Module

Purpose
Email is an expanding and cost-effective tool for mass marketing and business communications. The eMail List Management optional module makes it possible to send email to groups of members from within ACUMEN.

Key Features

• eMail Lists can be set up for different purposes, e.g. newsletters, author readings or new product announcements.
• eMail List members can be ACUMEN Customers, Vendors, Authors, Reps, Contacts or Unlinked Members (a record type that requires only an email address.)
• Subscribe-Unsubscribe can be maintained automatically, manually, or a person at your company can moderate the process.
• HTML email messages enhance your marketing's visual appeal.
• A/B Messaging allows you to test the effectiveness of your offer and content.
• Open rate, click-through rate and bounce tracking provides market analysis information.

• Merge fields can personalize eMail messages. Information from throughout the ACUMEN database can be merged.
• An Unattended Workstation can handle eMail List functions. No additional user license is needed this workstation.
• Bounceback messages (undeliverable mail due to busyservers, full mail boxes, etc.) are automatically handled by the system. A limit can be set and, if the number of allowable bouncebacks is reached, the email address is automatically removed from the list.
• Anyone can subscribe as an unlinked member. Every time a new Customer, Contact, Rep, Vendor or Author record is created, ACUMEN automatically searches unlinked members for an email address match and converts the unlinked member record, if possible.
• When a quick, one-time message is all that is needed, Mass eMail can be sent to a small, user-selected group of ACUMEN customers, vendors, authors, reps or contacts.
• For very large mailings, the ability to off-load emailings to a faster server or control the amount of email sent at set intervals are powerful features.
